This is a group focused on helping us find our centre. If you have a uterus and long for a movement practice to support your body, your hormones and your mental health, you are welcome to join this circle. I am excited to facilitate deep listening and offer support to each other, especially during the check-in at the start of each session.
The physical yoga poses (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and calming tools (relaxation/meditation/Restoratives) are all taught to suit each individual. I do this by starting our sessions with a check-in of about 15 minutes for everyone to debrief me on their state. You can share as much or as little as you like. What you share informs which poses I teach and helps me to keep the practice tailored to your needs with personal cues to help you take care of your body. It is a chance for you to be in a supportive communal space with other womxn, to share resources and be heard and seen just as you are.
Through the magic of zoom’s mute button those of you with children can have them with you the whole time. This is not a baby yoga class (we don’t sing songs or do massages for them) but I will say hi to your little ones and help you with breastfeeding posture check or baby entertainment ideas to keep you practicing as much as possible.
No yoga experience required, just an open mind and interest in being present in your body.

€70 for 4 weeks of individualised teaching and group support.
During these weeks you are welcome to email me concerning your practice and needs at anytime. Sensitive requests are welcome via email or in the zoom chat as “private”. The group is kept to no more than 12 students to ensure individual attention.
